You Become What You Feed Within
March 23, 2026
Beloved, this is a law whether you observe it or not: you become that upon which you inwardly feed.
If you feast upon fear, you strengthen fear.
If you dwell upon lack, you deepen the consciousness of lack.
If you return again and again to injury, delay, and disappointment, then these become the atmosphere of your life.
You cannot hold to the old mental food and ask for a new harvest.
If, however, you choose with care the thoughts, feelings, and inner images worthy of your desire, and if you dwell upon them faithfully, they will begin to shape you. In time, they will clothe themselves in form.
This is why your inner life must not be left unattended. It must be governed. It must be purified. It must be fed with that which you truly wish to become.
Do not say you desire peace while inwardly consenting to turmoil. Do not ask for abundance while continually rehearsing want. Do not seek love while nourishing the memory of rejection.
Choose the state. Feed it. Return to it. Remain with it until it feels natural.
For that which you accept inwardly, you will express outwardly.
Guard well, then, the food of the mind. For from it, your future is formed.
